The Tuscan Village housing community needed an entrance sign to their community. Brandwise was hired to develop a brand for this community. After designing a logo that gave the feel we were looking to create, Brandwise started mocking up 3D technical drawings for the builder to take to their sign person.
The goal was to create a sign that branded the community, was welcoming, inviting and that started to create a sense of pride for people living in this development. We also needed it to be easy to read and a landmark to give directions from. This program had the sign above at the community entrance and directional signage that help people navigate this area of Glen Rose, TX.
