On this day in 1999 I started my business. This has been a long crazy journey. I have made a ton of mistakes and learned business by getting my MBA through the school of hard knocks. That being said here I sit on the day I started my company 12 years ago and I look back. Those last 12 years were defining years and I learned all I could every second of the day. Now looking forward I am excited at where I am right now and what the future holds.

The #1 marketing tool is your blog. In order to compete today you need to embrace the fact that you are now a publisher of remarkable content about your industry.

Challenge:
Floor Partners has been in business for several years, but was looking to grow their business larger than they have in the past. After talking to Brandwise they realized working on a logo would be part of the ongoing marketing work and a big part of laying the foundation for the future. The number one thing we tried to overcome was brand inconsistency.

I have a friend who owns a massage business and has been working on using a lot of the inbound marketing tools we talk about all the time. Jamie has really stepped things up and learned how to do a lot of this herself and I have been quite impressed with her latest marketing and customer service tool, the QR Code.
