In 1996, he moved on to a small creative web shop called netImage, later bought out by AMP Inc., netImages biggest client. AMP formed a strong e-commerce company from the netImage employees and called it AMPeMerce. Over the next few years, Dale was in charge of working on a team with web designers, developers and programmers to create national e-commerce sites for clients like the US Navy and Hershey's.
On April 1, 1999, Dale started his own company (originally the ART Department) in Harrisburg/Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Within the first year was listed as the number one web design firm by the Central Penn Business Journal. Looking to grow, Dale relocated his company in 2002 to Fort Worth, TX and eventually changed the company name to BRANDWISE.
Since being in Texas, BRANDWISE has been nominated 5 times for the "Small Business of the Year" award through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He also sat on the board for Libraryfest, through the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation. Dale helped rebrand and manage all marketing for the Libraryfest for 4+ years. He also sat on the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's board for their annual gala for 2 years.
Dale's focus is on running, managing and growing BRANDWISE. Beyond running the company, the skill's offered to BRANDWISE and their clients are brand strategy development, marketing planning, brand management, creative direction and management.
